The roll forming machine consists of a raft frame, machine base, transmission system, and roll forming tools. The transmission system includes a motor, reducer, transmission frame. Using the individual transmission, the roll former can process the steel from 3.0mm to 8.0mm. The whole line adopts an integrated hydraulic punching press for different lengths and hole patterns. Using the operation system of the Tianfon brand, the hole position is up to ±1.0mm. It is very convenient for installation.

1、 The roll forming machine consists of raft frame , machine base, transmission system and roll forming tools. The transmission system includes motor, reducer, transmission frame. Motor and reducer drive it.
The machine base adopts welded structure and has quenching treatment.
2. The roll forming craft is made by the special Germany cold roll forming program COPRA; the craft is also made the FEA analysis and check. The structure of the rollers is combined, so the line speed difference and resisting force of roll forming is small. The sheet is easy to feed. All these assure the accuracy and stable of the roll forming.
3. The whole line adopts PLC control, touching PAD on the screen. And the low pressure units adopt the Schneider Company. There are two operation types (Manual and automatic),
