TFQJ600-150X cable tray forming line is composed by un-coiler, servo leveling & feeding, punch, auto transport, roll forming, run out, PLC control etc. production speed is up to 20m/min. More than 3000 groups profile data can be set in the control system and it just need one operator to operate the whole line. The line is equipped with remote control, safety light curtain, molds quick change system, CNC auto-feeding and adjustment of the product’s size and is approved by CE certificate.
Double cantilever gear drives, the producing width of machine is adjusted continually, it is possible to change the width and height.

2. Rolling stations are 20 steps, the main machine consists of AC motor, reducer, high precision linear rail, transmission box on left and right, horizontal adjustment system, and rolling molds. The machine base and transmission adopt a welding structure, with hardness treatment, the material of roller is 45# steel.
3. The roll forming craft is made by the special Germany cold roll forming program COPRA; the craft is also made the FEA analysis and check. The structure of the rollers is combined, so the line speed difference and resisting force of roll forming is small. The sheet is easy to feed. All these assure the accuracy and stable of the roll forming.
