The profile produced by this production is a new structural material, and has good mechanical properties, such as compression and bending resistance, so it can be widely used in vehicle frames and civil buildings.

TF automobile beam roll forming line can roll the 4mm, 5mm, 7mm thickness steel, produce speed reach 10m/min. Roll formed automobile beam with best straightness and cross section size.
The forming machine is transmitted by motor, the gear and bevel gear drives, rolling shaft of each side of machine is transmitting separately.
Machine adopts Cantilever arch structure. After stress relieving, processing, it can assure the long time usage and without dimension deformation. The space between upper rollers and lower rollers is adjustable.
The structure of the rollers is combined, so the line speed difference and resisting force of roll forming is small. The roller material adopts bearing steel, through quenching and processed by the high precise CNC lathe; the roller surface is chromed and has the mirror face treatment to reached long time using. The sheet is easy to feed. All these assure the accuracy and stable of the roll forming.
The roll forming craft is made by the special Germany cold roll forming program COPRA; the craft is also made the FEA analysis and check.
