The fully automatic production line can make the auto servo adjustment of notching, forming, and cutting on the touch screen. More than 1000 specs of profiles can be produced by choosing the data in the program, without any mechanical adjustment. The whole line is with the protection function of short-circuit, over-load, over-voltage, over-current, phase failure, etc. There are detectors of temperature, hydraulic pressure, air pressure, lubrication, running position of the profile, motor speed, and security protection at each position. When there appears a fault, the error location and handling method will be shown automatically.

1. The rollers’ support is a whole one, all the dimensions are processed by the machining center. The distance (space) between top & bottom rollers is adjusted by an eccentric sleeve on the top roller shaft. The locking device ensures the stability of the machine. All the bearings on the top & bottom shafts are lubricated.
2. Module tori is installed on NMT, adjust the distance through the rotation leader screw.
